  1.         Before you use the DDLI, it is very important that you read certain
  2. parts of the documentation. The most important of these is "How to Use the
  3. DDLI." This not only explains program usage; it explains what you should
  4. bear in mind when you are trying to answer the questions. You should also
  5. read "Understanding the Results of the DDLI." This will help you understand
  6. how to use the results of the program to figure out your type.

  8.         It is important that you realize that the DDLI might not be
  9. terribly reliable, and that you can do your part to make it more reliable.
  10. To make it more reliable, I need to get FEEDBACK on how each of the 16
  11. types tends to answer each question. Any feedback you give me will remain
  12. confidential, and I will put your name and type in the acknowledgements
  13. only if you give me explicit permission.

  15.         Please note however that your feedback will be most valuable if you
  16. already know your type. If you have taken the MBTI, or you have determined
  17. your type by some other means, your feedback will be valuable. But if all
  18. you have to go on are the results of the DDLI, your feedback will not be as
  19. helpful. But if you can verify or disconfirm your results on the DDLI by
  20. reading descriptions of the types and figuring out which one best fits you,
  21. your feedback will be valuable.

  23.         Finally, I can't stress enough how important your feedback will be
  24. to the development of the DDLI. Without feedback, I cannot hone the
  25. questions in the DDLI and so make it more reliable. For further details,
